pet policy

Sky Park welcomes both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment home. Cats require a $325 non-refundable one-time fee and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Dogs require a $250 non-refundable one-time fee and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Dogs must weigh 45 pounds or less, and certain breed restrictions apply.
